Is it easy to set up?
Yes, We have a simple step by step process and on average, our users start sending their first campaign in under 15 minutes.
How bounce and complaint reports are handled?
As soon as you add an SMTP provider into your SendGraph account, bounce and complaint are added automatically into your SendGraph account. After you receive any bounce and complaint reports, that email gets marked as blacklisted accordingly into your email list.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit/credit cards including Visa, MasterCard.
Do you store my credit card information?
No! We do not store any of your credit/debit cards information; they might be saved on Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, You can cancel at any time from the Billing and Subscription page of your account.
How much does it cost?
SendGraph has 10 different plans on Pricing page. SendGraph plans start at $15 per month.
Why do I need to add a SMTP provider to SendGraph?
In order to send emails through SendGraph you need to add a SMTP provider to your SendGraph account.
Email campaign is sent to your SMTP provider and then SMTP provider delivers your email to your subscriber email list from SendGraph.
Without adding an SMTP provider your email will not be delivered to your subscribers.
How reliable are email deliveries?
As we use your SMTP provider account to deliver emails, you’ll benefit from their fantastic deliverability rates.
They also fully support DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Sender Policy Framework (SPF), so your emails will have the best chance of being read.
Does SendGraph manage email lists?
Yes, SendGraph automatically handles unsubscribes, bounces and SPAM complaints. Email Lists uploaded by the customer of SendGraph inside their SendGraph account is the sole liability and responsibility of the customer. The Email List belongs to the customer and SendGraph will not share any copy of any means to other customers or itself for use.
Which SMTP provider does SendGraph support?
SendGraph connects with all major email delivery providers. Recommended partners includ Amazon SES, SendGrid, MailGun and SparkPost. Apart from these you can also add other email delivery servers from ElasticEmail, Mandrill, Dyn, MailJet, SendInBlue, LeaderSend, PostMarkApp, Postmastery, Pepipost, TipiMail, MailerQ, mySMTP.
What are the rules imposed after I start using SendGraph?
After you start using SendGraph for sending email campaigns, you should follow the email sending good practice guidelines very carefully.
Do SMTP providers impose any sending limits?
Yes. Initially, all SMTP service providers impose limits on sending emails and email sending speed. You can even speed this up by requesting extended access after having a good email sending reputation to the SMTP provider you are going to use.
How do I know how well a campaign performed?
SendGraph provides a detailed report on the outcome of every campaign you send, including opens, clicks, bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribers and much more.
If I’m importing a list from another provider (e.g. MailChimp), do I have to re-verify my subscribers?
Absolutely not. Your emails can be sent right away. But, it is recommended for you to get your email list verified and clean before starting campaigns with SendGraph. You can check email cleaning service at KleenData.com
Am I agreeing to a contract when I sign up for free and stay at a free plan of SendGraph?
No! You are under no obligation when you sign up for a free plan of SendGraph.
Can I take out data before canceling the SendGraph account?
Yes, you can easily export all of your personal data from SendGraph Dashboard before cancelling your account. We are fully GDPR compliant.
What support will I receive after signup for an account with SendGraph?
